Did You Have to Help Constrain the Project so that it wasn’t too Difficult to Accomplish, or Did ASU Have a Reasonable Goal for Mobile Already?

ASU recognized the need for mobile and had other projects underway including an iPhone application used for social networking with other “online” students. And for this project, a mobile strategy was included as part of the scope of work, but only if there were adequate resources available after completing the primary task of redesigning the web site.
