Every UX design project needs the blessing of stakeholders, so once you’re confident that your designs meet both business and user goals, it’s time to gather feedback from your team.

Everyone has an opinion on design. However experienced a designer you are, your work will be praised by some, and slandered and overruled by others. Criticism can drain a budding designer’s motivation quicker than anything else. UX designers therefore need thick skins, without falling prey to the stubborn primadonna stereotype.
