Once you’ve committed to creating a library, you need to concretely identify each component you’d like to include. During this period, you’ll answer key questions such as the following:

• When is the most appropriate time to discover a library?

• Which components should we include in the library?

• What area(s) of our experience will the library apply to?

• How do we identify each one?
