6.2. Installation
The installation process for WebSphere V5.0 for z/OS is divided into two tasks, Installation and Customization. Installation performs the setup necessary to begin building a WebSphere environment. Customization builds the WebSphere environment. Both of these tasks are iterative and manual. The steps necessary to complete your WebSphere environment are shown in the list below and will be repeated throughout so you can follow your own progress.
