9. IBM HTTP Server V6 Distributed Plug-in for WebSphere V6: Install, Configure, Verify, and Manage

In Chapter 6, you learned how to configure the WebSphere plug-in for IBM HTTP Server in a standalone server environment. Recall that the plug-in is the element responsible for diverting requests for dynamic content (e.g., servlets) from the HTTP server to WebSphere Application Server. In this chapter, we explain how to configure the plug-in in a distributed (i.e., Network Deployment) environment. You’ll also learn how to set up your WebSphere environment so you can manage IBM HTTP Server from the WebSphere administrative console.
