Collier states, ‘The trouble with most men is that they think they have done all that is required of them when they have earned their salary.’ Somewhere along the line the employer/ employee relationship became combative, rather than cooperative. As a result, millions do the bare minimum in exchange for their pay. But this approach doesn't work. Not only does it deprive workers of the opportunity to make more money, more importantly, it deprives them of the opportunity to feel a sense of personal fulfilment, pride and satisfaction from a job well done.
