In conceiving this story, we wanted to be consistent with our own beliefs about personal and organizational development. Toward that end, we have crafted a statement of philosophy, written from the perspective of our character, Dr. Mac.
Philosophy of Personal and Organizational Development
It is important to me that I work with organizations and individuals who share, or at a minimum, respect, my philosophy of personal and organizational development. I have written this paper to express my philosophy, to provide references to significant thinkers who have helped to shape it, and to increase the probability of structuring relationships with clients with whom I can facilitate meaningful change.
