3. XSLT

XSLT is a language for transforming XML. You could say it is the work horse of XML because, without XSLT, XML is just a markup language. XSLT adds many dimensions to XML by giving you the ability to change it, manipulate it, transform it, and style it. Of course, you may argue that XSLT is just another XML based tool, but when you add an XSLT processor, you get power.
