    I had mixed reviews on this particular training, while I feel it satisfied its intent, building a basic skill set, the switching between operating systems could be distracting and seemed extraneous. The content also seems mixed, as an example you created frames as part of a lesson then learned how to create a frame in a later lesson. Over all a positive experience but the other Total Training videos I feel where laid out more efficiently.
    Expect to get the basic concepts down but you will need additional training to polish off your skills.

    It would have been a good training video if all of the links worked. Most of them would start and then stop near the beginning of the videos.

    If you are an advanced user I would not waste your time with this video training.

    1. The graphic examples used are horsey and look like they could have been produced on MS Word.

    2. He spends a lot of time on the very basics of a feature and then rolls over the few tid bits of usable information

    3. He's constantly switching back and forth from a PC to a Mac in his demonstration, it's confusing and annoying (yes I'm a Mac user)

    4. No advanced topics were covered at all such as data merge, nested styles, GREP, and XML

    This is an intro level video tutorial
