This video is a good resource for beginners that have not had any exposure to SharePoint. It is lengthy and not targeted for intermediate or advanced users.

This is not a “How to”, but a “High level non-technical overview of SharePoint” presented for business management. Which is what the title implied, but I was hoping for more since I see this as a technical forum. One chart referenced some “How to’s” at http://go.meetdux.com/x8eu. The last 10mins has a decent Q&A section.
