I didn't have any video issues however I am ready to run out of the room screaming  because this video was idiotic. Not for the Safari group, but grandma's group.

Grandma, did U join Safari Technology and IT Books again?

I'm only about 5 minutes into this, and I already have problems with this video.
1. Perhaps it is a function/setup of Safari, but the video is set for wide-screen display. I'm using a normal ratio screen now--which results in the gentleman being really tall.
2. Why isn't there a "Next" button to view the next video in this series? I have to click back and forth.
3. Why bother with the introduction? THe first 5 chapters should be rolled up into one slide, one click.
4. Chapters should have a brief description of what the video clips are about. Again, did I really need to see the first 4 clips?
5. Who is the audience for this? If it is truly the beginner, then (as mentioned in "Hello Windows" --which, to be grammatically correct, should be, "Hello, Windows!") why not discuss the default things that appear on the screen at first on a new system? For example, the Welcome Windows screen. Instead, we are right at the desktop.
6. This video assumes that you are running Windows 7 already. So what was the point of the first 5 slides?
7. If this is for the beginner, please explain in slide "Hello Windows" what a Shortcut is. How about pointing out the arrow in the lower left of the icon, to show the difference between a Shortcut icon and a Windows icon?

I'm going to watch 5 more minutes of this. I may not watch anymore. It's a shame...there's a lack of materials on Windows 7, and this one is so far turning out pretty lame.
